Howdy Richmond!
It's a pleasure to introduce myself – Meredith McGinnis, founder and baker at Doughpamine Bakery. I am delighted to be a member of the vibrant culinary community of Richmond, Virginia.
I started baking my heart out over 20 years ago, and I have been baking – both personally and professionally – ever since. With Doughpamine Bakery, I want to create riffs on classic desserts with a focus on maximum and memorable flavors. It is my pleasure to be serving you.
